Showing Houses
After you’ve narrowed down the homes you want to visit via online search, we’ll schedule a time to view them in person.
Submit An Offer
Once you find “the one”, we submit an offer!
We pull comps to determine value of home and appropriate price and terms to offer
Inspections & Appraisal
We will schedule certain inspections. These can include, but are not limited to, structural/mechanical inspection, radon, termite, well and septic as needed.
Final Walk-Through
The last time you will walk through the home prior to settlement.
Settlement
We meet with the title officer and make the deal official!
You get the keys and the house becomes YOURS!
